We start our 10 days Long Uganda safari with a Kampala city tour. If you are flying in, you will be welcomed by professional guide from All Uganda safaris who later will transfer you to your hotel in Entebbe or Kampala. International clients usually spend their arrival day at the hotels refreshing from the long flights.After the briefing, the journey to Kampala city attractions starts where you will visit historical interesting sites, including the Kasubi Tombs, Wamala Tombs, Namasole Tombs and Kabaka’s Lake, Bahai Temple, Namugongo Martyrs Shrine, the Uganda Museum and the African Craft Village like the Buganda Road craft shops, and National theatre.

On the second day accompanied by the assigned guide or driver, head to western Uganda via Mubende-Fort portal highway with a visit to Tanda village and Nakayima tree to experience their legendary tale with lunch en-route.
You will reach Fort-portal by the evening before reaching Kibale forest national park. This tourism city rests in the shadow of the fabled Mountains of the Moon and is famous for beautiful scenery of nature. This when you will access Kibale national park for you reserved room in one of the lodges.

After an early morning breakfast, meet the park officials at headquarters for briefing and thereafter trek into the forest for chimpanzee trekking experience.
With about 13 primate’s species, Kibaale Forest is reputable of having the greatest variety and highest concentration of primates in Africa.
Enjoy a guided nature walk in the tropical rainforest in search of the wild habituated chimpanzees, red-tailed monkey, black-and-white colobus monkey and other primates.
After Lunch, take a walk to the Bigodi Swamp to spot birds and more primates such as shoe bills, pelican bee-eaters and white and black Columbus, vervet monkeys among others.

After breakfast, take a visit to the crater lakes area with some stunning views, thereafter depart Kibale forest to Queen Elizabeth National Park with lunch en-route. It is a beautiful route via Kasese, with the Rwenzori Mountains on your right side and the green valley on the left.
As you enter Queen Elizabeth NP, take en-route game drive to spot some of the big five like buffaloes, elephants, waterbucks, warthogs and other wildlife plus birds.

Starting off the day with a breakfast, jump onto your safari vehicle for a morning game drive in search for lions, elephants, buffaloes and other wild animals in their natural habitat before returning for lunch.
In the afternoon we take on a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, a natural channel between Lake Edward and Lake George.
This channel provides panoramic view along the shoes to elephants, buffaloes and hundreds of hippos. Therefore, it is advisable to all our clients not to miss this stunning cruise in the wild.
Return to your booked lodge for dinner and overnight.

Early in the morning after breakfast, go for another chimpanzee trekking experience in the Kyambura gorge. At this site you will be exposed to other fauna, floras and Avi-species you will never see elsewhere.
Return to your lodge for lunch and later say goodbye to Queen Elizabeth National Park and head towards Bwindi via the Ishasha sector well known for the African tree climbing lions and the savannah bird life species. This route immerses the client’s into the typical verdant countryside traditional homesteads and farms.

After a week on your 10 Days Uganda safari, we shall have our early morning cup of coffee as usual before heading for briefing and later enter into the tropical rain forest jungle to search the gentle giants, mountain gorillas.
For this adventure to be much awesome for you, you are required to be fit since it is always distant walk depending on the primates’ movement.
More so the following items are vital for a consistence gorilla trekking: hiking shoes, hut, rain gears, packed lunch and bottled water, cameras and garden gloves to avoid thorns.

After an early morning breakfast, board our safari vehicle to embark on a long drive to Kampala-Entebbe with lunch en-route. Stopover at the equator for snacks, photo shooting and souvenir’s shopping.
If time allows. drive via Mpigi district to Mabamba bay wetland to spot the most loved rare shoe bill and other bird species.

On the last day after our breakfast from the hotel and suppose your departure is in evening for international clients, we recommend our clients to visit the Ngamba island chimpanzee sanctuary where amazing memories is a guarantee.
To reach Ngamba Island, you will be dropped by our driver at the Entebbe water front club and board the speed boat or traditional boat depending on your choice and you will be welcomed by the day care giver at the island and take a briefing about the site and the primates.
At around mid-day, experience the feeding activity over the platform and after this visit you will become doubt free that chimpanzees are our closest relatives.
Have your Lunch at the Island and after transfer to Entebbe with free entrance in the Uganda Wildlife Education Center (Entebbe Zoo) to spot some of the big five like lions caged and after our guide will drop you to the airport to board your flight back home.
